摘    要:采用显微激光分析仪对由力学性能不同的两种基体所制备的玻璃纤维复合材料进行了残余应力测定,并考察了残余应力对复合材料横向拉伸和压缩强度的影响。结果表明:1.用显微激光分析仪可方便地测定玻璃纤维复合材料的相对残余应力;2.基体韧性增加可部分松弛复合材料的残余应力;3.残余应力的存在使复合材料的横向拉伸强度降低,但对提高横向压缩强度有利。

Abstract:The residual stresses in two glass fibre-reinforced epoxy systems are tested with laser optical microscopical analyser,and the effects of the residual stresses on the transverse tensile and compressive strengths of composites are examinated. The results are shown as follows:1.The analyser makes it convenient to test the residual stresses in GFRP.2.The enhancement of matrix toughness can reduce the residual stresses in composites.3.The residual stresses can lower the transverse tensile strength of composites, buthave good benefit for improving their transverse compressive strength.
