油井连续加药防腐蚀技术

摘    要:设计、开发了油井连续自动加药装置,其原理为利用药液自重实现自动加药,并通过在流量控制接头的底部出口处安装不同孔径的阀门实现流量控制。经在中原油田文明寨的M86井、M60井和马寨的MZW305-6井工业应用,实现连续加药后3口井产出液中的总铁含量、腐蚀速率分别比周期性加药下降了20%和21.9%,其产出液中缓蚀剂浓度稳定。

Abstract:A continuous automatic chemical addition unit for oil well has been developed and designed, through which the chemical can be added continuously by the gravity of the chemicals and flowrate can be controlled by installation of valves of different sizes. The commercial application of the chemical addition units in Wenmingzhai M86 and M60 oil well and Mazhai MZW 305 - 6 oil well has reduced the total iron in the production liquid and corrosion rate by 20% and 21.9% respectively as compared with those of periodical chemical addition. The corrosion inhibitor concentration in the liquid remains constant.
