摘    要:对锂离子蓄电池中电池壳的合金含量进行了研究,发现电池壳中不同的合金含量对电池性能的影响不同.对合金含量不同的三种电池,分别测定电池的鼓胀量、容量、电池内阻、放电曲线和循环寿命曲线,通过比较得出结论:在一定范围内,Cu和Mg的含量影响电池鼓胀,也进一步影响电池性能,0.14%Cu和0.26%Mg的合金含量比较合适,值得推荐.

Abstract:Alloy content of lithium ion battery was researched. Influence of alloy content on battery performance was studied. Three tests about alloy content were carried out. Battery expanding, capacity, resistance, charge-discharge curve and cycle performance curve were set out. The comparison results show that content of Cu and Al is influenced on battery expanding, further influenced on battery performance. 0.14% Cu and 0.26% Mg were recommend.
