烟气脱硝SCR装置喷氨优化研究

摘    要:一些火电厂的烟气脱硝系统因SCR装置喷氨量分布不合理,致使其出口NOx浓度分布偏差大,局部氨逃逸浓度过大.对此,以某台300 MW机组SCR装置为例,通过喷氨量分布优化调整,使SCR装置出口NOx浓度分布的相对标准偏差由优化前的45%下降为10%,平均氨逃逸浓度由1.7 μL/L下降为0.98 μL/L,SCR系统的最大脱硝效率由80%提高到88%.

Abstract:Unreasonable distribution of ammonia injection quantity in SCR equipment of some domestic power plants caused large deviation of outlet NOx concentration,and too high escaped ammonia content at local regions.Thus,adjustment of ammonia injection quantity for SCR system on a 300 MW unit was conducted.After the optimization,NOx distribution at the outlet of the system was improved significantly,and the peak value of escaped ammonia decreased.Besides,the relative standard deviation of NOx distribution dropped from 45%(before the optimization) to 10%,and the average concentration of escaped ammonia reduced from 1.7 μL/L to 0.98 μL/L.Moreover,the maxium denitration efficiency of the SCR system increased from 80% to 88%.
