新型无铅阴极的电子发射性能研究

摘    要:采用NBT基铁电陶瓷,获得了20 A/cm2的电流发射密度。与PZT的发射性能相比,NBT发射电流密度稍低,但NBT具有更低的发射起始阈值,更高的耐压强度和更好的退极化性能。NBT表现出来的较PZT良好的耐压和退极化性能是与其结构有关的,由于A位阳离子与八面体间较PZT有更强的耦合作用,因此,NBT的铁电电畴较PZT稳定,在反复施加电场进行电子发射后表现出来的退极化性能更好,这与电性能参数介电常数ε、压电常数d33值的测试结果是一致的。正是这些特点使得NBT基陶瓷成为一种新型的极有前途的电子发射源。

Abstract:The emission current density of 20 A/cm~2 were obtained from a novel lead free NBT cathodes.NBT has lower current density than that of PZT,but the switching threshold of emission is lower and the depolarization property is better.The coupling between A-site cations and BO_6 octahedron is reduced in PZT because of the existence of Pb vacancies as the PbO evaporates during sintering.In NBT ceramics,the coupling is much stronger as there is no Bi or Na vacancies,so the domain in NBT is much more stable than in PZT.Thus results in a better depolarization property and a longer life of NBT based ceramics to be used as electron emission source.
