大型汽轮机低压转子混晶缺陷预防工艺措施研究

摘    要:揭示了大型汽轮机低压转子锻件产生混晶缺陷的主要原因,提出消除混晶缺陷的锻造工艺措施,通过生产验证和晶粒度数值计算验证,获得了锻造300和1000MW两种汽轮机低压转子的具体工艺参数,申请并授权了两项发明专利.

Abstract:The cause of the mixed grain structure defect in huge lower pressure steam turbine rotor was discovered,and a new forging technology to prevent the mixed grain structure defect was suggested.Two sets of forging processing parameters for 300MW and 1000MW LP steam turbine rotors were given and validated by production application and numerical prediction of grain size.Two state invention patents on above technologies have been authorized in China.
