滑块式万向接轴扁头应力应变分析及计算机图形显示

摘    要:本文采用ALGORFEAS微机有限元分析软件包对扁头─滑块式万向联轴器中的关键受力部件─进行了应力应变分析。采用了切线矢量加载和边界单元的约束方法建立分析模型。由于采用了有限元分析的前后处理技术,计算模型和分析结果实现了自动生成和计算机图形显示。

Abstract:Roll coupling is the most important element of slipper type universal coupling. In this paper,the tahgent vector loading method and the boundary elements restrain method was presented to model roll coupling working condintion. ALGOR FEAS was employed to solve it s displacement and Stress field in microcomputer. At the same time,the preprocessing and postprocessing based on the computer graphics were applied to set up the computation model and to show the computional results.
