IMM算法在红外焦平面阵列非均匀性校正中的应用

摘    要:以连续图像序列作为观测数据时,卡尔曼滤波法校正焦平面阵列非均匀性的效果取决于状态模型中漂移系数的选取。针对这一问题,提出应用交互多模(IMM)算法,建立两个状态模型拟合响应参数不存在漂移和漂移剧烈的极限情况,融合估计探测单元的响应参数。实验结果表明IMM算法对非均匀性具有较好的校正作用,且对响应参数的初始状态及漂移系数的选取具有较好的稳健性。

Abstract:Taking consecutive frames as observing data, the result of nonuniformity correction in infrared focal plane arrays using Kalman filtering algorithm, lies on the selection of the drift parameters in the state model. To solve this problem, two state models are used to simulate the non-drifting case and the severe drifting case. IMM algorithm is used to combine the estimations of the response parameters of detectors in two cases. The experiment reveals that the nonuniformity can be corrected satisfactorily using IMM algorithm. The algorithm also shows its robustness to the selection of the initial conditions and the drift parameters of the response parameters.
