阳离子交换树脂催化合成丙烯酸丁酯

摘    要:从 6种常见的强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂中选择了催化活性最高的D0 0 1cc树脂作为酯化合成丙烯酸丁酯的催化剂 ,得到了适宜的反应条件为 :醇酸摩尔比 1.2∶1,每摩尔丙烯酸的催化剂用量 2 0 g树脂 ,每摩尔丙烯酸的带水剂 (环己烷 )用量 6 6 .7mL ,反应温度 10 1~ 10 5℃ ,反应时间 3h ,丙烯酸的酯化率 >97%。该树脂催化剂具有优良的重复使用性。利用气相色谱 质谱联用仪分析产物 ,结果表明 ,该阳离子交换树脂具有与浓硫酸相当的催化效果。

Abstract:The n -butyl acrylate was synthesized by esterification of n -butyl alcohol and acrylic acid with D001cc strong acidic cation exchange resins as catalyst, and the optimal reaction conditions were found as follows: molar ratio of n -butyl alcohol to acrylic acid 1.2∶1, catalyst 20 g / mol acrylic acid, water-carrying agent (cyclohexane) 66.7 mL/mol acrylic acid, reaction temperature 101105 ℃, reaction time 3 h, the final conversion was more than 97%. This catalyst has good activity even if being reused for many times. The analyses results of the products by Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrograph showed that this resin catalyst has the equal effectiveness to H_2SO_4.
