脱水褐煤复吸特性及孔结构对复吸影响研究

摘    要: 对蒙东白音华褐煤进行不同温度热空气干燥后,考察了不同温度脱水褐煤的复吸情况,利用低温氮吸附法测定脱水褐煤的孔结构性质变化对脱水褐煤复吸的影响,并对复吸曲线进行NFLS拟合。结果表明:随着脱水温度的升高,相同复吸条件下脱水褐煤平衡复吸水分增量增加;孔容和比表面积增大,脱水褐煤复吸能力增强;复吸曲线拟合符合ExpAssoc模型。

Abstract:In this paper East of Inner-Mongolia lignite was dehydrated in different temperature hot air and the moisture regain law of dehydrated lignite was researched. Nitrogen(77K) adsorption isotherm was applied to analyze pore structure and effect on regain law and moisture regain curves were fitted by Nonlinear Least Squares Fitter. The experiment results showed that equilibrium moisture increment and pore volume and specific surface area of dehydrated lignite increased with rise of dehydration temperature in the same regaining condition. The moisture regain curve fitted ExpAssoc model better.
