摘    要: 本文以霍州煤电庞庞塔矿主斜井冻结施工为工程背景,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件和正交试验设计方法,对深厚富水表土层大断面斜井分段直孔冻结关键参数进行数值模拟,研究大断面斜井冻结施工多排管冻结温度场分布规律,探索并建立一套适用于大断面斜井穿过厚表土层富水段的竖直冻结技术。

Abstract:This paper is in the background of the main inclined shaft frozen construction of Huozhou Pang Pang Ta coal mine, by using ANSYS finite element software and orthogonal experiment design method, frozen key Parameters of Piecewise straight holes in Large Section Slope thick overburden with rich water were numerically simulated, distribution Law of temperature field under many rows of freezing pipes in large section slope frozen construction was studied. A technique system of vertical freezing technology suitable for large section slope through thick overburden with rich water was explored and established.
