基于AT89S52的温度控制系统设计

摘    要:文章所设计的温度控制器以AT89S52单片机为核心控制单元,用温度传感器DS18B20采集散热片表面温度,采用TIP122来构成水泥电阻和风扇的驱动电路。将由温度传感器DS18B20采集到的实际温度数据与设定温度数据进行比较,得到的误差经PWM补偿网络调整后反馈到驱动电路控制端,实现水泥电阻对散热片的加温和风扇对散热片的降温,从而对散热片表面温度进行准确的显示及控制,散热片表面温度控制误差小于1%。

Abstract:The temperature controller uses AT89S52 MCU as the core control unit,collects the surface temperature of the heat sink by temperature sensor DS18B20, forms a cement resistor and the fan drive circuit with TIP122. The actual temperature date collected by the temperature sensor DS18B20 will be compared with the set temperature date, and getting the error adjust by PWM compensation network feedback to the control end of the drive circuit to achieve the cement resist- ance heating of the heat sink and fan cooling the heat sink, thus the heat sink surface temperature will be accurately display and control, and the control error of the surface temperature of the heat sink is less than 10%
