西部地区遇水软化岩层锚杆、锚索受力监测及分析

摘    要: 针对西部矿区泊江海子煤矿的特殊地质状况,分析了巷道围岩变形控制机理,通过对巷道支护结构受力进行了实时监测,获取了锚杆、锚索的轴力数据。对于处于深埋的遇水软化软岩巷道,监测结果表明锚杆、锚索工作锚固力相对较小,预紧力偏小;开挖后围岩松动破坏,施加支护后,应力重新调整,后期锚杆、锚索受力均比较稳定,巷道安全稳定,说明当前锚、梁、网喷+锚索联合支护结构有效、可靠,能合理控制巷道变形。

Mechanical Measurement and Analysis of Bolt and Anchor of Water Softening Rock in Western Area
Abstract:Acorrding to the special geological conditions of the Bojianghaizi Coal Mine in western mining, the control mechanism of surrounding rock deformation has been analyzed, and the axial force data of is obtained by real-time mechanical measurement of Rock Roadway Supporing Structure. In deeply buried roadway where soft rock can be soften by water, The bolt and anchor measurement results indicate that the working anchoring force of bolt and anchor are relatively small,so are their preload. After excavation the surrounding rock loose and get destroyed. When the support is applied, the stress re-adjust,During later period force of bolt and anchor is relatively stable, and roadway is safe and stable, which indicate that anchor net spray and cable is effective and reliable.The support can reasonably control the roadway deformation.
