大功率矿用对旋式主通风机运行若干问题解决方案

 本文针对大功率矿用对旋式主通风机运行过程中存在的若干问题，通过对大功率矿用对旋式主通风机及其配套大功率防爆电机、控制方式等进行设计，成功解决了大功率矿用对旋式主通风机启动困难、噪音污染、轴承故障率高、检修不便等问题，实现了大功率矿用对旋式主通风机安全可靠平稳运行。

Analysis on Solution to Several Operation Problems of Mine Large Power Counter-Rotating Main Ventilator

Based on the problems occurred during the operation of large-power main counter rotating ventilator for mining, this paper is to design the high-power main counter rotating ventilator for mining and its auxiliary high-power explosion-proof motor as well as its operation methods, which will successfully solve the problems of difficulty in starting, noise pollution, high failure rate in bearing and inconvenience in maintenance, and ensure the safe and steady operation of the high-power main counter rotating ventilator for mining.
