| 摘 要： | 介绍了安钢第一炼轧厂100 t精炼钢包永久层耐火材料的材质选择及砌筑优化工艺，总结出一套适合该厂生产特点的钢包永久层整体打结工艺，采用无模具自流料打结钢包永久层，取得了良好的生产使用效果，提高了钢包永久层及钢包整体寿命，降低了耐火材料消耗，减少了穿包事故次数。

| Abstract: | The practice and effect about unshaped refractory used on the permanent layer of lOOt refining ladle is introduced and a whole tamping process with automatic material flow without mold is given. Through practical application, it shows that the service life of ladle and permanent layer is increased, consumption of refractory is decreaed, and the through hole accident of ladle is reduced. |
