摘    要:以采用薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产的低碳钢作为冷轧基板,在实验室二辊可逆轧机上进行不同程度的冷变形,对不同变形后的冷轧板进行室温拉伸试验和显微硬度值测定,分析了其加工硬化情况,并对不同冷变形后试验钢的显微组织进行分析。结果表明:低碳钢经冷变形后,屈服强度和抗拉强度增大,加工硬化显著;试验钢的显微组织为铁素体和少量的珠光体,晶粒随着变形量的增大而拉长细化。

Abstract:With cold rolling base plate of low carbon steel by compact strip production(CSP) process,the cold deformation experiments were carried out by the two-roller reverse-mill in our laboratory.The work-hardening conditions of cold rolling base plate with different deformations were studied through the room temperature tensile test and microhardness measurement,and microstructures of cold deformation plates were studied.It is found that with the increase of deformation,the steel yield and tensile strength of low carbon base plate increase and its work-hardening become significantly.The test steel microstructure is ferrite with mingle small amount of pearlite,and its grain is refined and elongated with the increase of deformation.
