2016年中国矿产资源开发利用形势分析

摘    要:2016年度全国矿山开发利用统计结果表明,全国非油气矿山矿石总产量虽有所减少,但工业总产值却增加352.68亿元。矿产开发利用结构不断优化,全国矿山总数同比减少7.33%;同时大、中型矿山企业数量占比分别增长0.35%和0.32%。人均实现工业总产值27.13万元/人,比上年增加了4.52万元/人。战略性新兴产业所需矿产发展较快,"三稀"金属矿石产量、产值同比分别增长16.79%和1.27%。矿产资源开发利用呈现向好发展趋势。当前矿产开发行业面临矿业权管理制度改革和生态文明建设等发展的机遇和挑战,需要加快资源整合,提高企业集中度,并加大科技投入和加强企业管理,进一步降低生产成本和提高资源利用效率。

Analysis of the Development and Utilization Situation of Mineral Resources in China in 2016

Abstract:The 2016 annual statistics of national development and utilization of mineral resources showed that the gross output value increased by 35 268 million Yuan although the total ore output decreased slightly. The structure of development and utilization of mineral resources was optimized gradually while the amount of national mines decreased 7.33% as well as the amount of large and medium scale mines increased by 0.35% and 0.32%. Gross industrial output per capita is 271.3 thousand Yuan in 2016 increased by 45.2 thousand Yuan compared to that of 2015. Strategic emerging industries demands grew rapidly, total ore output of three Rare metals increased by 16.79% and total ore output value increased by 1.27% as well. Now, the development and utilization of mineral resources presents in good development trend and is faced with new opportunities and challenges from mining right management system innovation and ecological civilization construction, which needs to accelerate resource integration, improve enterprise concentration, increase input of science and technology, reduce cost and raise the efficiency in resources utilization.
