基于“成果导向+行动学习”的移动通信技术专业课程体系构建与实践

互联网融合通信战略的实施急需大量移动通信技能型人才，对课程体系和人才培养模式的探索与改革势在必行。本文分析了当前高职移动通信技术专业培养的相关成果，结合成果导向+行动学习的教育理念，针对移动通信技术现有人才培养体系中能力培养不足的现状，准确定位移动通信专业培养目标，在人才培养体系、课程结构、实践教学、行动学习等方面进行教学改革，提高了人才培养质量。

The implementation of internet convergence communication strategy needs a large number of skilled talents for mobilecommunication in urgent.
