Artificial intelligence:an accelerator for the development of human society

This paper summarizes the 60-year development history of artificial intelligence (AI) and the important achievements during that period, analyzes the distinction and relation between AI and the scientific technology of intelligence, and comprehensively elucidates the connotation and extension of AI. In addition, with the aid of a number of examples, this study describes in detail how AI silently changes the world. Furthermore, this research shows the outlook of the development of AI technology. Moreover, the study explains how human beings may take advantage of robots, make up for the deficiency of the robots, and promote wisdom and capability by robots. The mankind is meeting a new era for the coexistence of human beings and robots.
