| 摘 要： | 现阶段科研项目类型多样、执行流程复杂，并且与经费管理和采购管理相挂钩，涉及管理部门较广，因此在项
目管理过程中较难开展和落实。为促进科研单位能够更好地开展科研工作，有序地执行科研项目，完成各项指标，本文在充分
研究科研项目特点后，提出建设科研管理系统，从项目的合同、经费、采购、知识管理等各方面进行建设，采用流行的JFinal 框
架，建成易扩展、轻量级的信息管理系统，综合保障科研项目的实施。

| Abstract: | At present, the types of scientific research projects are various, and the implementation process is complex, linking
with the management of funds and procurement with a wide range of management departments involved, so it is difficult to carry
out and implement the project management process. In order to promote the scientific research units to better carry out research
work, to implement research projects orderly and complete the indicators, this paper proposes the construction of scientific research
management system based on the characteristics of full research project, from the project contract, funding, procurement, knowledge
management, and other aspects of the construction. It uses the popular JFinal framework to build the information management system
which is easy to be expanded, lightweight, ensuring the implementation of scientific research projects comprehensively. |
