摘    要:进行室内成品油管道顺序输送混油机理研究的实验环道,不可避免地会遇到弯头,常采用的有90°圆角和圆弧弯头结构。为优化设计顺序输送实验环道,针对90°圆角和圆弧弯头结构,建立二维模型并应用Fluent软件模拟了弯头对顺序输送过程中混油的影响。结果表明,在环道弯头内侧形成的不同尺度的涡流使流场发生较大变化,远离弯管内侧处会形成低流速区,对流过的混油段产生扰动,使混油量增多,从而产生不可控制的混油因素,且90°圆角弯管结构对混油的影响比半圆弧弯管对混油的影响更大,经过90°弯管的混油段长度相较于半圆弧弯管长12%。研究结果对成品油顺序输送实验环道设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:Due to limitations of laboratory scale, the bending pipe structures inevitably exist in the indoor experimental loop of sequence transportation which will carry out batch transportation contaminated mechanism research. In order to optimize the design of the experimental loop, a two-dimension model was established aiming at the structure of fillet and circular were elbow, thus how the two structures affected the mixing process of sequence transportation by Fluent was simulated. The results showed that the flow field of different scales could be formed at the elbow of the loop, and the low velocity region could be formed from the inner side of the elbow, therefore severe disturbance with mixture quantity increased. Compared with the arc elbow, the mixture quantity of 90 degree bend structure could reach more than 12%. This study had important guidance for the design of the order of the product.
