| 摘 要： | 建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling)是以建筑工程项目的各项相关信息数据作为模型的基础，进行建筑模型的建立，通过数字信息仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息。BIM不是简单的将数字信息进行集成，而是一种数字信息的应用，并可以用于设计、建造、管理的数字化方法。通过对建筑工程信息的集成管理，提高工程管理效率、大量减少风险。

| Abstract: | Building Information Modeling is a construction project model that is based on various relevant information,including architecture model and the real information of building which is simulated through the architecture model. BIM is not a simple digital information integration,but an application of digital information,and digital method a can that be used in design,construction and management. It can improve the efficiency of project management and reduce risk through the integrated management of construction engineering information. |
