摘    要:为了快速、可靠测试某型飞机航向姿态系统,在解决有关关键技术后,研制了总线式自动测试航向姿态系统综合检测仪.系统运用开放式ATE结构,以测控计算机为核心,采用数字式程控仪器和专用测量设备,图形化测试界面和虚拟仪器控制技术,在GPIB和VXI总线控制下,实现了对航姿系统等十几个部件动、静态性能的自动检测.系统具有较高可靠性、可维修性和可扩展性.

Abstract:To test the direction attitude indicator system of a certain aeroplane as quick and reliable as possible, an automatic test direction attitude indicator set based on bus type was designed after the key technologies were conquered. The opened ATE structure was used in the system, and in the core of measure and control computer, digital programmable instruments and special measure appliances, figure test interface and virtual instrument control technologies were adopted. Being controlled by GPIB and VXI bus, dynamic and static automatic test for more than ten units of the system were realized. The system has better reliability, maintainability, and expansibility.
