| 摘 要： | 对某直列4缸机取消平衡机构前后的振动和噪声水平进行了测试,根据4缸机平衡分析,改进了该4缸机的曲轴平衡重设计,并进行了振动、噪声测试,试验结果表明在没有平衡机构时,仅改进曲轴平衡重设计,发动机噪声有所下降,在高转速时的振动情况没有明显变化,但在中低转速时振动情况有一定改善。

| Abstract: | Test s of vibrat ion and noise of a four-cylinder diesel engine with and without balance mechanism have been done.The crankshaft counterweight is improved based on the balance analysis.The noise of the engine with improved crankshaft is decreased,and the vibration doesn＇t show significant improvement at high speed,but it gets better to a certain extent at medium and lowspeed. |
