| 摘 要： | 在5座高炉煤气布袋除尘工艺中，实现了PLC自动控制。采用SIMENS研系列ET-200M系统，其中DI，DO采用Simatic S7-300的模板，高炉扩展模板之间用光缆联结，并实现了以3号高炉为核心的连锁控制，同时也实现了对系统的自动调节。

| Abstract: | Automation control system of PLC has been applied in the blast gas-BDC of Anyang Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd..The ET-200m system in SIMENS S7-300 has been used,and S7-300 template was adopted in DI and DO system,and light cable coupled the expanded models of blast furnaces,so the automation regulate for the whole system has been realized regarding 3~# blast furnace as the kernel. |
