摘    要:研究了沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石(HAP)工艺中原料、陈化时间、pH值、Ca/P比及温度等因素对HAP纯度的影响.试验结果表明:反应溶液陈化时间要达到10~22h;当煅烧温度在900~1000℃之间时,可得到结晶程度较好的HAP粉体;反应时溶液的pH值应在10~12之间;制备HAP粉末时,Ca/P比为1.67时比1.00时所制的HAP粉末纯度高.

Abstract:The effect of raw material, aging time, pH value, the ratio of Ca/P and calcine temperature on purity of HAP were studied in this paper. The results showed that the aging time of solution should more than 10 hours. The calcine temperaure need to be at 90041 000℃; The PH value should be between 10~12; And when Ca/P is 1.67, the gained HAP will be more pure than Ca/P is 1.00.
