摘    要:从真空冶金及热处理行业的精确生产及优质高效的整体战略出发,阐述真空冶金用新型温度传感器;探讨真空炉有效加热区测量过程中可能出现的误判及真空炉用不可拆卸热电偶在检定过程中存在的问题;详细论述了真空炉测温系统用分立元件法检定弊端;倡导采用现场整体在线校准法,以求进一步提高测温精度.

Abstract:In view of the strategy of high quality and efficiency for vacuum metallurgy and heat treatment processes, the new temperature sensors for vacuum metallurgy are discussed inclnding the possible judging mistakes and problems due to fixed thermocouples used in thermally measuring process in vacuum furnaces. Based on a detailed discussion on the thermometric systems applied to vacuum metellurgy plant especially on the shortcomings arising from discrete allocation of thermometric (elements,) the integrated on-line calibration in site is recommended to improve further the thermometric accuracy.
