鄱阳湖区超短波应急通信网络建设与应用

摘    要:江西省已建防汛抗旱计算机广域网,实现各级指挥部和重点水利工程管理单位点对点干线通信,但防汛调度还是依靠公网有线或无线进行通信。公网通信抗灾稳定性不足,灾害发生时网络可能中断或出现拥塞,为丰富省防汛通信手段,提高防汛调度网络的健壮性,结合实际建设水利部门专有应急通信网络——鄱阳湖区超短波应急通信网络。该网络使用同频同播技术建设1级同频同播骨干网和2级本地转发网,分别实现鄱阳湖区内、各地区本地层面防汛抗旱通信。
