广东电网安全稳定控制系统的功能配置和控制原则

随着西电东送输入广东电力的不断增加和广东电网负荷的迅猛增长,当输入广东电网的电力线路,或广东电网内部重要的500kV线路、主变压器等元件发生严重故障时,将会导致南方电网和广东电网发生严重的稳定问题。为此,采取了在广东电网配置安全稳定控制系统的防范措施。并就此措施第一期工程的总体配置情况、系统功能和控制原则进行了介绍。该系统的投入运行可防止电网事故的发生和扩大,促进电网安全、经济运行。

Function disposition and control principle of security and stability control system for Guangdong power grid

Along with the electricity delivered from west China to Guangdong increasing continuously, and the load of Guangdong power grid growing swiftly, serious failures in either the exterior power lines inputting or interior important 500 kV lines or main transformers of Guangdong grid may lead to grave stability problems in China's southern grid and Guangdong grid. As a solution, the security and stability control system for Guangdong power grid has been constructed. In this paper, the current overall disposition, system function and control principle of the system are described. The successful operation of the system can prevent power grid failures from occurring and getting worse, so as to improve the safe and economic running of power grid.
