PVDF/TiO_2复合平板超滤膜的制备与性能研究

摘    要:采用自制纳米TiO2溶胶、商品化纳米TiO2粒子溶胶表面涂覆PVDF膜制得PVDF/TiO2复合膜.通过纯水通量、截留率、接触角以及抗污染性能等实验,考察了不同粒径、浓度的纳米TiO2溶胶对PVDF膜性能的影响,并利用FT-IR和SEM表征了该复合膜的微观构造.结果表明:复合膜的分离性能得到提高,且自制纳米TiO2溶胶改性的PVDF膜综合性能较优异,其接触角由改性前的85.0°降至46.0°,并且去离子水清洗50min后,通量恢复率稳定在95%以上;FT-IR分析显示,复合膜表面羟基数有所增加;SEM观察表明,在PVDF膜表面镶嵌和吸附有一定量纳米TiO2粒子使复合膜呈现出良好的抗污染性能.

Abstract:A PVDF/TiO2 composite membrane was prepared by coating the membrane surface with TiO2 sol and novel TiO2 solution.By some experiments such as flux,retention rate,contact angle and anti-fouling properties,the effects of varying size and concentration of TiO2 sol and TiO2 solution coating on the PVDF/TiO2 composite membrane were studied,and the structure and micromorphology were characterized by FT-IR and SEM re-spectively.The results indicate that the separation performance of the PVDF/TiO2 composite membran...
