摘    要:增压锅炉是适合于大型水面舰艇的主动力装置.通过对增压锅炉烟气通道、配风器和对流管束内烟气的流动特性分析,借助对部分烟气流动情况复杂区段的流场数值模拟,根据流体力学基本理论,结合在现有非增压锅炉设计运行中广泛采用的烟风阻力相关参数、计算公式和线算图表,探讨了适合增压锅炉的烟气通道、配风器和对流管束的烟风阻力计算方法.并以现役某型增压锅炉为实体,利用选定的公式进行烟气通道、配风器和对流管束的阻力校核计算,验证了公式的可行性.

Abstract:Supercharged boilers suit the demand on heavy battleships' power plants. Analyses were done on the characteristics of gas flow in the flue, air distribution and connective tubes bank. Using numerical simulation on flow in some parts, and basic hydrodynamics theory, research was done on the gas resistance calculation in the flue, air distribution and connective tubes bank of a supercharged boiler. Consideration was also given to the widely accepted gas resistance calculation methods, relative parameters and plot in no-supercharged boilers designing. Gas resistance calculations on certain supercharged boilers prove the methods are credible.
