关于提高蜗杆渗碳表面质量的研究

摘    要:针对某厂生产的渗碳零件——蜗杆质量不稳定的问题进行了深入的理论分析和研究,结果表明造成蜗杆质量不稳定的主要原因是所用的渗碳剂甲苯和稀释剂甲醇的配比比例不当,为此通过实验找出了较为合理的炉内渗碳参数比例和渗碳工艺曲线(温度与时间),并应用计算机系统对整个过程(温度、流量、时间)进行控制,从而提高了渗碳零件——蜗杆的表面质量(金相组织与机械性能),满足了工作性能的要求。

Abstract:Aims at the solution to the problem that the quality of the carburization part which called arc gear is unstable.We make thorough analysis and research theoretically,the results show that the reason is because of the improper proportion of toluene and carbinol.Basing on this point,we have many tests to find the basic theory on carburization process curve(temperature and time) and the reasonable parameter proportion,and use computer to control temperature,flux and time.Thereby it enhances the surface quality(metallographic structure & mechanical performance) of carburization part which called arc gear and meet the function completely.
