废旧锂离子电池钴综合回收技术研究

摘    要:我国钴产量增长迅速,主要用于电池行业。废旧锂离子电池中含有钴等有价金属,已成为我国钴生产的主要原料之一。针对废旧锂离子电池,进行了钴综合回收试验研究,开发了湿法冶金工艺并建设了年产300tCo/a生产线,钴平均回收率大于92%,产出的氯化钴杂质含量均小于0.002%。

Abstract:The output of cobalt increases rapidly in China, which is used in Li-Battery. The waste Li-Battery contains valuable metals such as cobalt. In recent years and future the cobalt waste materials will become one of the most important raw material for cobalt production. For recovery of cobalt waste materials BGRIMM carried out the detail tests and hydrometallurgical processes was developed and built a factory with scale of 300tCo/a.
