PLC处理称重传感器信号的方法和实践

摘    要:配料料斗秤在冶金企业中大量使用,用于冶金辅料的称量,由于冶金环境恶劣,故障率较高.目前所使用的多数称重变送仪表不具备完善的故障诊断功能,导致故障排查困难,严重制约了生产节奏及冶金辅料成本控制.本文叙述了使用PLC取代称重变送仪表,实现称重传感器信号采集、称重数据变送和故障诊断一体化功能的探索实践过程,应用证实这一方法有效地减少了故障点,提高了故障处理效率,节约了备件成本,具有较好的推广价值.

Abstract:Batching hopper scale is widely used in the metallurgical enterprises, for metallurgical auxiliary materials weighing, due to the harsh environment metallurgy, high failure rate. At present, most weighing transmission instruments do not have the complete fault diagnosis function, leading to troubleshoot problems difficultly, restrict the production rhythm and metallurgical materials cost control severely. This paper describes the use of PLC to replace weighing transmission instruments to achieve load cell signal acquisition and weighing data transmission and fault diagnosis process integration capabilities. The application of this method proves the effectiveness in reducing failure points, improves the fault processing efficiency, saves the cost of spare parts.This method has a good promotional value.
