贯彻落实国务院《意见》 加快推进海西建设的几点思考

国务院刚颁布了《关于支持福建省加快建设海峡西岸经济区的若干意见》。当前海峡西岸经济区建设正处在一个新的历史起点上,如何更好地贯彻落实《意见》,抓住机遇、乘势而上,是摆在我们面前的现实问题。本文提出关键是要把握好"学"、"研"、"谋"、"行"四个环节,努力做到学习到位、研究到位、谋划到位和行动到位,以实际行动推动海峡西岸经济区建设跃上一个新的台阶。
