基于超声波传感器的无线液位测量系统

摘    要:针对诸多行业储液罐液位测量的特点和技术要求,设计了一种基于超声波传感器的无线液位测量系统.系统由液位检测模块、无线数传模块和上位机工作站组成.传感器将接收到的信号经数据处理后由无线数传模块送上位机工作站,工作站是由VC设计的一个数据处理平台,具有多路液位显示、超限报警、数据存储和打印等功能.

Abstract:Aimed at the character and technique request of the liquid level detecting; designed the liquid level detecting system based on ultrasonic sensor, The system includes liquid level detecting module, wireless transmitting and receiving module and working station. The signal from the ultrasonic sensor was transmitted by wireless transmitting module. The wireless receiving module received the signal and sent to the working station.The working station is a data process fiat designed by VC. It has the function such as multi-mute liquid level display, limiting alarm, data storage, printing etc.
