| 摘 要： | 介绍了水泥基电磁屏蔽材料的种类和电磁屏蔽机理,分析了水泥基电磁屏蔽材料的研究现状,重点阐述了碳系-水泥基屏蔽材料和纤维-水泥基屏蔽材料。结果表明:碳系-水泥基屏蔽材料成本低廉、屏蔽性能稳定,但其在1.5GHz频率内的平均屏蔽效能值一般不超过30dB,且力学性能随填料量的增加而下降;而纤维-水泥基屏蔽材料具有良好的屏蔽性能和力学性能,其在1.5GHz频率内的平均屏蔽效能值能达到30dB以上,在8～12GHz频段内的平均屏蔽效能值达40dB左右,具备一定的实际应用价值。并提出了水泥基电磁屏蔽材料今后的研究方向和应用前景。

| Abstract: | The kinds of cement-based electromagnetic shielding materials and the mechanisms of electromagnetic shielding are presented,analyzing recent development trend.The carbon filling cement-based shielding materials and fiber filling cement-based shielding materials are discussed.The results show that the cost of carbon filling cement-based shielding materials is low and the shielding property is steady for a long time,its average shielding effectiveness is no more then 30 dB in the frequency range of less 1.5 G... |
