催化裂化油浆综合利用技术研究进展

摘    要:重油深度加工是合理利用石油资源的重要途径.重油催化裂化技术在重油深度加工中具有重要作用,在国内尤其重要.重油催化裂化过程外甩油浆通常在5%左右.这部分油浆目前主要作为燃料油自用.显然,这种利用方案是不合理的.催化裂化油浆的特点是密度大、H/C原子比低.其中含有大量带短侧链的芳香烃.同时也含有一定的饱和烃和胶质.催化裂化组成上的这些特点对其合理利用技术有很大的影响.近年来,对催化裂化油浆性质及其合理利用技术进行了大量研究.这些研究主要涉及将催化油浆与炼油工艺组合以合理利用催化裂化油浆,或是根据催化裂化油浆的组成上的特征进行生产化工产品的利用技术研究.对重油催化裂化油浆在炼油工艺中的组合应用技术研究开发情况进行了综述.

Abstract:Heavy oil processing is a very important way to make reasonable use of petroleum resource. Residue fluid catalytic cracking (RFCC) plays a key role in the upgrading of heavy oil, especially in domestic refinery. About 5% RFCC residue was produced in the processes. The most of the residue is used as heavy fuels in domestic refinery, which can not make reasonable utilization of the residue. The RFCC residue has higher density, lower H/C atomic ratio and higher content of aromatic substance, as well as resin and saturates. The properties of RFCC residue have quite an effect on application of the residue. There are many reports in which the technology of rational utilization of RFCC residue has been described. These reports mainly focus on two fields, one is applying RFCC residue to petroleum processing in order to improve properties of some petro-products, the other is to produce petro-products from RFCC residue. Advances in technology for rational utilization of RFCC residue was reviewed in this paper.
