| 摘 要： | 从人力资本属性的角度来衡量人力资本价值量的大小,用系统工程学中可达矩阵的方法来建立解释结构模型,依此来确定各属性之间的逻辑关系,科学的确定最能体现人力资本价值量的属性,实现人力资本更精确的计量.
