高温干燥气候条件下碾压混凝土层面质量控制

摘    要:对不同环境条件、不同外加剂品质对碾压混凝土凝结时间的影响和不同处理工艺对层面结合质量的影响进行了研究,提出了优化混凝土配合比、喷雾保湿降温、防晒和快速作业相结合、直接铺筑允许时间比初凝时间提前2 h以上且不超6 h的综合施工技术措施.试验证明:采取上述综合措施能有效地保证高温干燥气候条件下碾压混凝土层间结合质量.

Abstract:The influences are studied on the RCC setting time for different environmental conditions and different admixture varieties, and on the layer adhesion quality for different treating measurements. The composite construction measurements are proposed by optimizing the concrete mix proportion, atomizing to retain moisture and reduce temperature, combining sun protection with fast construction, ensuring the direct placing time to advance 2 to 6 hours than the concrete initial setting. The tests indicate that the above composite measures effectively guarantee the layer adhesion quality of the RCC under the high temperature and dry climate environment.
