摘    要:利用古诺(Cournot)模型研究了在联营模式下多时段水火电混合系统的纳什(Nash)均衡策略问题.首先建立了水火电系统的Cournot模型,模型中火电系统考虑了机组的最小开停机时间的限制,水电系统则考虑了用水量、库容限制等约束.同时,利用迭代法并结合动态规划对发电商的Nash均衡策略进行了求解.最后以IEEE 6机系统为例研究了最小开停机时间和用水量限制等约束对均衡结果的影响.仿真结果表明,考虑最小开停机时间约束时,即使某些时段利润为负,但为了避免后续时段的持续停机使利润受到更大的损失,一些机组在这些时段仍需开机;考虑水电厂商用水量约束时,水电厂商有动力在高峰时段持留发电量.

Abstract:Cournot model is employed to analyze multi-period Nash equilibrium strategy of suppliers for hydrothermal power system in power pool. The Cournot model of hydrothermal power system, which the minimum start-off time constraints of thermal plant and water-consuming and reservoir storage constraints of hydropower station being considered, is presented. In the mean time, one kind of iteration algorithm integrated with dynamic programming is put forward to obtain Nash equilibrium strategy of suppliers. Finally, the proposed method is tested on an IEEE-6 unit system to study the effects of different constraints on equilibrium state. The results show that some generators need to run to avoid much more losses resulting from continuous unit shutdown at the coming time even if they gain negative profit resulting from unit operating at the current time while the minimum start-off time constraints of generators are considered. The incentive is provided for the hydropower supplier withholding generation to maximize its own profit during peak load time while water-consuming constraints are considered.
