| Abstract: | In the light of the operation situation at Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station from1994 to 2001, the author points out the problem in reservoir capacity adjustment, discusses the optimization of production design and put forwards some suggestion for the station. It would be beneficial to other similar engineering project management. |
