锰酸铁及其掺杂镁、银化合物的制备与表征

摘    要:以硝酸铁和硝酸锰为原料,采用柠檬酸凝胶技术制备了磁性材料锰酸铁及其掺杂镁、银的化合物。并通过XRD,TEM,TG—DTA对其进行表征。实验结果表明:此方法合成的锰酸铁及其掺杂镁、银的化合物粒径尺寸小于30nm,且该方法减少了制备工序,利于掺杂,易于制备;并对制备机理做了初步探讨。

Abstract:Magnetic materials FeMnO_3 and FeMnO_(3 )doped with Mg or Ag were prepared by citric acid gel method using Fe(NO_3)_3 and Mn(NO_3)_2 as raw materials.The products were characterized by XRD, TEM, TG-DTA etc..The results of experiment showed that the crystal size of FeMnO_3 and FeMnO_3 doped with Mg or Ag was less than 30 nm, and this method could reduce preparation procedure. It was beneficial to doping and preparing. Mechanism of preparation was also discussed.
