基于非线性模型的电加热温度控制器的设计

摘    要:电加热炉具有非线性、时变、滞后、不对称等特点。控制对象的复杂性,导致对它的控制有一定的难度。本文根据电加热温度控制系统的全功率升温/自然降温特性曲线.提出一种非线性数学模型。基于该模型的特性,针对多段程序控制升温系统.讨论了控制器结构。设计了前馈控制器和PID控制器.分析了控制器参数与模型参数之间的内在联系。根据实际的电加热温度控制系统,计算出了具体的控制参数.实现了精确控制。通过实验,验证了模型建立的有效性和控制器设计的优越性。
