玉米芯膳食纤维的开发与应用

摘    要:膳食纤维由DF和SDF两部分组成,具有多种生理功能:可降低胆固醇,预防心脏病;控制血糖,预防糖尿病;防止便秘;清除人体内的有害物质。作为添加剂可用于多种食品中。玉米芯膳食纤维成本低廉、工艺简便、风味独特.具有巨大的市场潜力和优势。

Abstract:The dietary fiber is composed by DF and SDF two parts, have many kinds of physiological function: may reduce the cholesterol,prevents the heart disease; the control blood sugar, prevents the diabetes; prevents the constipation; eliminates the deleterious substance in the human body.May use in many kinds of foods as the chemical additive. The corncob dietary fiber cost inexpensive, the craft simple, the flavor is unique, has the giant market potential and the superiority.
