摘    要:该文分析了能适应刀盘切屑阻力变化、盾构推进阻力变化及密封舱压力变化的刀盘驱动自适应系统、盾构推进自适应系统及螺旋输送自适应系统。在保证土压平衡的基础上,以实现盾构施工过程中节能高效为目的,阐述了盾构各子系统的掘进参数与掘进负载的协调控制方法,初步建立了盾构电液控制系统的载荷顺应性理论,为盾构设计与施工提供一定的理论指导。

Abstract:This paper analyses the adaptive system of cutter-head driving,shield driving and screw conveying,which can adapt the change of cutter-head chipping-resistance,shield propelling resistance or hermetic container pressure.For the energy-efficient during shield construction,it expounds a cooperative control method of shield subsystem boring parameters and boring loads,on the basis of earth pressure balance.Then gets the primary loading-adaptability theory of shield electro-hydraulic control system,providing shield design and construction with certain theoretical guidance.
