摘    要:食品营养学是食品科学学科中较为基础和重要的领域之一。两年来,食品营养学的国家自然科学基金申请项目数大幅增加,2011年该领域的面上项目、青年基金、地区基金占食品科学学科这三类申请项目总数的15.23%。然而由于研究基础薄弱、研究深度较浅等使该领域在食品科学学科中的资助率相对偏低。本文统计和分析了2010—2011年食品营养学领域面上项目、青年基金和地区基金3类项目的申请、受理和资助情况,阐述我国食品营养学基础研究资助的范围、发展状况和趋势以及未来的重点支持领域。

Abstract:Food nutriology is one of the most fundamental and important fields in Food Science Discipline in NSFC.Numbers of proposals in the field of food nutriology increased rapidly during the past two years.In 2011,total proposal numbers of the general program,young scientists fund and fund for less developed regions accounted for 15.23% of food science discipline’s.The funding rate in the field of food nutriology was relatively low possibly due to weak research base and lack of study depth.Based on the data of proposals and funded projects in this field during 2010—2011,the report analyzed the scope of basic research funding,development status and trends,and future focus areas of support.
