摘    要:用于劣质柴油深度加氢处理的技术(RICH)于2001年初在中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司炼油厂催化裂化柴油加氢装置上首次进行了工业应用,经过一年多的工业运转及标定结果表明:该技术在中压及不太苛刻的操作条件下,处理劣质催化裂化柴油,在降低柴油密度、提高十六烷值方面效果明显,同时也表现出优越的脱硫、脱氮性能。改质柴油密度降低值达0.035g/cm^3以上,十六烷值提高10个单位以上,脱硫率和脱氮率均在99%以上。

Abstract:RICH technology for deep hydrotreating of inferior diesel was first commercially applied in the FCC diesel hydrogenation unit of Luoyang Company in early 2001. More than a year commercial running and the evaluation result show that RICH technology has evident effect on decreasing diesel density and increasing diesel cetane number at middle pressure and under moderate operating conditions. Meanwhile it exhibits a superior performance of desulfurization and denitrification. Upgraded diesel density has been decreased to more than 0. 035 g/cm3 and cetane number increased by 10 units. Rates of desulfurization and denitrification are both over 99% .
