| 摘 要： | 在如今的大功率LED灯具散热设计中,肋片的使用比较广泛。但由于灯具设计师的传热学理论比较薄弱,肋片的使用并未获得应有的散热效果。介绍了肋片设计过程中必备的传热学理论,并就影响肋片散热效果的因素展开讨论。以肋片底部厚度设计为例,演示了LED灯具的肋片设计方法。

| Abstract: | Nowdays,fins are widely used in the heat dissipation design of LED luminaires.But the fins did not bring us the best heat dissipation effect,for the luminaire designers are weak in heat dissipation theories.This paper introduces some necessary heat transfer theories,and discusses some factors which may affect the heat conduction.Taking the design of fin bottom thickness for example,it demonstrates the resonable method of designing LED luminaire fins. |
