自膨胀辅助固井工具研制及试验

摘    要:在不同温度和介质条件下试验研究了遇油/遇水膨胀橡胶材料的膨胀性能,并优选出性能优良的主体橡胶材料。采用该材料研制了自膨胀辅助固井工具。室内试验证明,该工具的最大膨胀率达到512%,承压性能满足要求。在3口井上成功应用,施工工艺简便,能有效防止层间窜槽。为封隔大直径及不规则井眼、提高固井质量、在水平井实施固井完井工艺提供技术支持。

Abstract:Expansion capacity of expandable rubber material while run into water and oil were test- ed under the condition of different temperature and medium, and optimizing the performance of the main rubber materials. The materials developed the auto-expansion auxiliary cementing tool. Indoor experiment proved that,the biggest expansion rate of the tool reached to 512% ,the bear-ing performance meets the requirements. Successful application were made on 3 wells in simple construction process, which can effectively prevent the interlayer channeling and provide technical support for the implementation of the isolation of large diameter and irregular borehole,improving the cementing quality in horizontal well cementing and completion technology.
